• Ticket once sold will not refunded.

• Tickets can only be canceled 12 hours prior to departure with 0% cancellation fee.

• Passengers must report at the boarding point 20 minutes prior to departure time.

• Swift Holidays is not liable for inconvenience caused by any natural calamities which may delay the bus to reach your destination.

• Baggage charges are not mentioned in the bus ticket.

• Please ensure that you get redirected to our website after the payment is done.

• Please note your ticket only will be confirmed once payment is received at our end. If you are having problem with payment please contact us through whatsapp chat/ Messenger chat, on bottom right corner of your screen ASAP.

• If you get pending message from Bank/ Wallet or if your transaction is complete but you do not receive a ticket then please contact us through whatsapp chat/ Messenger chat, on bottom right corner of your screen ASAP.
